Patriots offensive coordinator Bill O'Brien was the only Patriots assistant coach to make the list, coming in at No. 9. ESPN.com AFC East blogger Tim Graham ranked O'Brien as his No. 4 assistant coach. He explains his decision here.
Earlier this month, CBSSports.com's Pete Prisco offered a similar ranking, but instead it was Patriots defensive line coach Pepper Johnson who cracked the top-ten list.
