The Patriots have added receiver Taylor Price to the injury report tonight. Price is listed with a hamstring injury and is questionable for Sunday's game against the Giants.
The news comes four days after offensive coordinator Bill O'Brien said he wanted to see Price on the field more. Price, the 2010 third-round pick out of Ohio University, has played just seven snaps this season, missing time early in the year with a hamstring injury. He's been targeted with one pass, an incompletion on a deep route in which he gained some initial separation last Sunday against the Steelers.
Price has been the team's No. 4 receiver in recent weeks, but looked prime to climb higher up the depth chart this week. If he doesn't suit up, Chad Ochocinco could remain the No. 3 option, with Julian Edelman and Matthew Slater also possibilities for snaps behind top receivers Wes Welker and Deion Branch.
