Solder (concussion) added to injury report

The New England Patriots added rookie offensive tackle Nate Solder to their injury report on Saturday. He is listed as questionable with a concussion.

Solder has started seven games this season, but has recently split his playing time with Sebastian Vollmer at right tackle, with Solder sliding outside as a sixth offensive lineman/tight end.

This marks the second straight week the Patriots have added a player to their injury report the day before a game. Last week, wide receiver Taylor Price was added as questionable, and was later inactive for the loss to the New York Giants.

If Solder is unable to play, it would likely mean a return to a full-time role for Vollmer, with no reserve offensive tackle on the game-day roster.
