PHILADELPHIA -- Welcome to Lincoln Financial Field, where the Patriots visit the Eagles (CBS, 4:15 p.m.):

Weather conditions. It is a beautiful day, currently 62 degrees. While it figures to drop a bit by kickoff, this is unseasonably warm for a late November game here. Colleague Chris Forsberg noted earlier today the string of great weather the Patriots have enjoyed this season (link here).

A feel for the Linc. The last time we were here was the 2009 preseason opener, when Tom Brady was playing for the first time since his 2008 season-ending knee injury (big game for TE Chris Baker). Lincoln Financial Field opened Aug. 3, 2003, one year after Gillette Stadium, and it has a similar feel to Gillette with an "open" concept in one of the end zones. In the open end zone, there is a tribute to the late Reggie White (No. 92), and there is a great view of downtown Philadelphia when looking in that direction from the press box.

Boger gets the call. Jerome Boger will serve as the referee for today's game. Boger had the Patriots-Jets game in Week 5, making this his second Patriots game of the season.

One more inactive player for Patriots. The club has already ruled out linebackers Brandon Spikes (knee) and Dane Fletcher (knee); receiver Chad Ochocinco (possible hamstring); safety Patrick Chung (foot), cornerback Devin McCourty (shoulder); and center Dan Connolly (groin). The Patriots will have to deactivate one more player 90 minutes before kickoff.

Colts, Seahawks scouts in the house. As is often the case, scouts from the next team on each team's schedule will be in the press box, monitoring the action. The Colts, who visit the Patriots next Sunday, are here. The Seahawks, who host the Eagles, are also represented.

ESPN team from all angles. The ESPN family will have you covered from all angles. Sal Paolantonio is here on the TV side, and he's already filed several reports on SportsCenter and NFL Countdown (link here). ESPN.com NFL columnist Ashley Fox -- @AshleyMFox -- will be here, while NFC East reporter Dan Graziano covers things from an Eagles perspective on the NFC East blog. The Patriots perspective will be covered with our own Chris Forsberg and Mike Rodak (who arrived at the Linc to find his traditional tropical flavored Mike & Ike left for him at his seat).
