FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- Patrick Chung (foot) missed his first practice in over a month on Wednesday, a sign that the safety may have suffered a setback in his recovery.
Chung has not played since Nov. 6, missing the team's last five games, but has not missed a practice since Nov. 11. He was spotted with a walking boot on his foot on Monday for the first time since suffering the injury against the Giants.
Meanwhile, offensive tackle Sebastian Vollmer remains out of practice. He has missed the last two games with a foot/back injury.
Linebacker Brandon Spikes, who returned to practice last week, was present again on Wednesday. Spikes suffered a knee injury in the Nov. 6 loss to the Giants and has not played since.
