INDIANAPOLIS -- Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski returned to practice on Thursday, and was limited in his participation, according to the team's participation report. This marks Gronkowski's first practice since sustaining a high ankle sprain Jan. 22.
More context on Gronkowski's workload could come in the official pool report, to be filed by Alex Marvez of Foxsports.com later today.
On Wednesday, Bill Belichick said Thursday's practice would be shorter.
