Pats rate 1st in drafting All-Pros

The Cleveland Plain Dealer is rolling out its annual NFL Draft Special, and today's offering has a Patriots tie-in.

In charting the number of All-Pros drafted by teams from 2002-2011, the Patriots rank first, with 15.

"The New England Patriots and Cleveland's old friend, Bill Belichick, find more stars through the NFL Draft than any other team," writes Rich Exner and Bill Lubinger of the Plain Dealer. "Not surprisingly, the Patriots have won more games than any other team over the last 10 seasons. .... A team's ability to find eventual All-Pros in the draft and its winning percentage is no coincidence."

The Plain Dealer produces a chart of all 32 NFL teams and their success in drafting All-Pros, and their winning percentage.
