Schefter: Pats willing to move up

In a tweet earlier today, ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter included the Patriots among teams willing to move up if the right player was on the board.

Schefter wrote: "Teams open to trading up if right player is there include Jacksonville, Buffalo, Philadelphia, San Diego, New England, Green Bay."

He then followed up with this: "Teams open to trading back for the right offer include Minnesota, Tampa Bay, Miami, Seattle, Dallas, NY Jets, Detroit."

The question then obviously becomes which players the Patriots would consider moving up for (top guesses: safety Mark Barron, defensive lineman Michael Brockers and defensive end Chandler Jones).

Bill Belichick has traded up in the first round twice during his tenure with the Patriots -- in 2002 for tight end Daniel Graham (32 to 21) and in 2003 for defensive lineman Ty Warren (14 to 13).
