Patriots set record on offense

For the 17th consecutive game, the Patriots' offense has surpassed 350 yards in total offense, breaking the record of 16 games held previously by the St. Louis Rams from 1999 to 2000.

It's a testament to the unit's consistency, as well as an ability to beat a defense in a number of ways. Quarterback Tom Brady has recorded his 50th career game of 300-plus yards passing today, and running back Stevan Ridley has led a ground effort that has already produced 141 yards.

Entering Sunday, the Patriots led the NFL in both points per game (31.0) and yards per game (436.1). With 45 points and 445 yards and counting, those totals will increase.
