Injury report: Amendola, Talib limited

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- Wide receiver Danny Amendola (concussion/groin) and cornerback Aqib Talib (hip) were among nine Patriots that were limited during Wednesday's practice, the team's first of the week in advance of a division game against the Dolphins this Sunday.

Amendola missed practice all of last week, while Talib returned to practice on Friday in a limited capacity. Neither played for the team during a Week 7 defeat against the Jets.

Defensive tackle Tommy Kelly (knee) and running back Leon Washington (ankle), who were not spotted during the media availability portion of the practice, were the lone non-participants.

Tight end Rob Gronkowski, who said on Wednesday that he is no longer focusing on his injuries and speculation about his availability, was again limited in practice. He made his season debut in Week 7, catching eight passes for 114 yards.

Other notable limited participants included wide receivers Julian Edelman (thigh) and Matthew Slater (wrist).

Guard Dan Connolly (concussion) and offensive tackle Nate Solder (shoulder) were removed from the injury report after appearing on it last week.
