Bowden: Sox still looking at add 1B

In the video clip above, ESPN baseball analyst and former major league general manager Jim Bowden says the Red Sox, who on Thursday finally agreed to a deal with Mike Napoli to play first base, might not be done shopping.

"The Red Sox are also trying to sign another first baseman, like a Casey Kotchman or a Lyle Overbay, just in case Napoli's hip were to go out during the season, also to help defensively," Bowden says.

Bowden also said the Rangers' concerns about the hip prevented them from being more aggressive in their pursuit of him.
