BOSTON – The Boston Bruins are back home as they prepare for Game 5 of the Eastern Conference quarterfinal series against the Montreal Canadiens. The series is even at two games apiece and the home team has yet to win a game in its own building this series.
The Bruins are hoping that changes Saturday night at TD Garden.
Bruins coach Claude Julien has expressed to his players that it doesn’t matter where the game is played, they still need to prepare appropriately.
“We just need to play the like we did the last two games,” said Bruins forward Milan Lucic. “The big thing was we weren’t over excited and we didn’t let the emotions get the better of us. In Games 1 and 2 we were so excited and so ready to go, it got the best of us and we came out flat. The last two games were relaxed and calm.”
