It's going to cost more to watch the Carolina Panthers in person in 2014.
The team announced on Monday that ticket prices will rise anywhere from $2 to $21, with 66 percent going up in the $2 to $5 range. The $21 increase represents only 3 percent of the seats at Bank of America Stadium.
It is the first time the team has raised ticket prices since 2010. It's a modest increase and the reigning NFC South champions continue to rank in the lower half of the league in ticket prices.
In other words, it's a small price to pay for a team that appears to be on the rise after a 12-4 season and a trip to the playoffs.
