Carimi, Toeaina expected to sit Sunday

LONDON -- Right tackle Gabe Carimi (knee) and defensive tackle Matt Toeaina (knee) both sat out practice before the Chicago Bears departed for London, and neither is expected to play Sunday versus the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Wembley Stadium.

There is a good chance Carimi could return to the field following the bye week, but until then, Lance Louis is slated to start at right tackle, while Toeaina's absence opens the door for rookie defensive tackle Stephen Paea to be active for the second consecutive week.

Wide receiver Earl Bennett (torso) had full participation in practice for the second consecutive day, but similar to Carimi, the Bears could opt to hold out Bennett until the Eagles game on November 7.

Safety Major Wright popped up on the injury report Thursday with a hip injury.

Receiver Devin Hester (chest), tight end Kellen Davis (elbow) and safety Anthony Walters were also able to practice without restrictions.

After practice the Bears will board a charter flight to London and are expected to arrive in the United Kingdom on Friday morning local time.
