Teuvo Teravainen, forward, Rockford IceHogs (AHL), drafted 1st round in 2012
Teravainen, 20, has been producing more in recent games. He had the team’s lone goal in a 2-1 loss to the Milwaukee Admirals on Saturday and two primary assists in their win over the Texas Stars on Sunday. He has two goals and eight assists in 14 games this season.
TJ Brennan, defenseman, Rockford IceHogs (AHL), acquired in trade in 2014
Brennan, 25, has recorded points in seven of the last eight games. He had a goal and an assist in the IceHogs’ 3-2 win over the Stars on Sunday. He has two goals and eight assists over the last eight games. He leads the IceHogs as a plus-12.
Mark McNeill, forward, Rockford IceHogs (NCAA), drafted 1st round in 2011
McNeill, 21, sat out the IceHogs’ last game against the Texas Stars due to a lower-body injury. He suffered the injury Saturday. He is considered day-to-day. He leads the IceHogs with nine goals and 16 points.
Anthony Louis, forward, Miami Ohio (NCAA), drafted 6th round in 2013
Louis, a sophomore, had a goal and an assist against North Dakota last weekend. He has two goals and seven assists and is a plus-2 in 12 games this season. Miami Ohio is 8-4-0 and ranked No. 7 in the country by USCHO.com.
John Hayden, forward, Yale (NCAA), drafted 3rd round in 2013
Hayden, a sophomore, had two assists in Yale’s 4-1 win over Dartmouth on Friday and sat out Saturday’s game against Harvard. The school does not disclose injuries, according to a spokesperson. Hayden leads Yale with six points, which includes one goal and five assists.
Nick Schmaltz, forward, North Dakota (NCAA), drafted 1st round in 2014
Schmaltz, a freshman, is out indefinitely with a lower-body injury, according to a team spokesperson. He missed both of North Dakota’s games last weekend. He has one goal and seven assists in nine games.
Matt Tomkins, goaltender, Ohio State (NCAA), drafted 7th round in 2012
Tomkins, a sophomore, stopped 25-of-27 shots in a 3-2 win over Bowling Green on Friday. He is 2-3-1 with a 2.30 goals-against average and .910 save percentage this season.
Sam Jardine, defenseman, Ohio State (NCAA), drafted 6th round in 2011
Jardine, a junior, had an assist in each of Ohio State’s two games against Bowling Green last weekend. He has five assists and 15 blocks and is a minus-2 in nine games this season.
Beau Starrett, forward, South Shore (USPHL), drafted 3rd round in 2014
Starrett, 19, has been out with a separated shoulder since Sept. 7 and could return to the team next weekend, according to a team representative.
Vince Hinostroza, forward, Notre Dame (NCAA), drafted 6th round in 2012
Hinostroza, a sophomore, had a goal and an assist against Merrimack last weekend. He has two goals and seven assists in 12 games this season.
Matheson Iacopelli, forward, Muskegon Lumberjacks (USHL), drafted 3rd round in 2014
Iacopelli, 20, had a goal and an assist in Muskegon’s 9-3 loss to Team USA on Sunday. He’s tied for the league-lead with 11 goals. He has 14 points in 16 games on the season.
Robin Press, defenseman, Sodertalje (Allsvenskan), drafted 7th round in 2013
Press, 19, had a goal in Sodertalje’s 5-4 win over Rogle BK on Saturday. He has seven goals and 14 assists in 23 games this season. He is fifth in the league with 21 points.
Jack Ramsey, forward, Penticton Vees (BCHL), drafted 7th round in 2014
Ramsey, 19, had a goal and an assist for Penticton last weekend. He has six goals and 10 assists in 23 games this season.
Tyler Motte, forward, Michigan (NCAA), drafted 4th round in 2013
Motte, a sophomore, had a goal and an assist against American International last weekend. He has three goals and two assists in nine games this season.
