Rapid Reaction: Bulls 91, Hawks 84

CHICAGO -- Let's take a quick look at how the Chicago Bulls earned a 91-84 win over the Atlanta Hawks on Saturday night at the United Center.

How it happened: Mike Dunleavy had a big game for the Bulls off the bench, scoring 20 points and pulling down three rebounds. Luol Deng added 17 points and 11 rebounds. Paul Millsap paced the Hawks with 16 points and 12 rebounds.

What it means: The Bulls have put together some nice basketball over the past couple of weeks, due in large part to their knack for making plays down the stretch in games. They're hitting key shots, grabbing key rebounds and playing the type of defense coach Tom Thibodeau always preaches about. That was the case again late in Saturday's game, as the Bulls found a way to sneak away with a victory. No longer are the Bulls the type of team that can expect wins every night, but they remain a team that is learning to win again despite all the injuries they have endured.

Hits: Joakim Noah had 10 points, 12 rebounds, 5 blocks and 2 assists.

Misses: Former Bull Kyle Korver was just 3-for-9 from the field. But he did extend his 3-point streak to 103 games early in the first quarter.

Stat of the night: The Bulls outrebounded the Hawks 52-43.

What's next: The Bulls take on the Phoenix Suns at home on Tuesday night.
