Bulls sign PG James, F Amundson

The Chicago Bulls rounded out their roster Thursday by signing guard Mike James and forward Lou Amundson for the rest of the season.

Both have played for the Bulls, and James has had several stints in Chicago. They aren't likely to play but will provide the Bulls with veteran insurance for the playoffs and extra bodies for practice.

James, an 11-year veteran, played in 11 games with the Bulls earlier this season. The 6-foot-9 Amundson, a seven-year NBA veteran, played with the New Orleans Pelicans earlier this season, averaging 2.1 points and 3.1 rebounds in 18 games. He had a stint with the Bulls last season.
