CHICAGO – With just over two weeks remaining until SoxFest, the team is putting two-day and Sunday-only tickets on sale for the event.
SoxFest will take place the weekend of Jan. 25-27 at the Palmer House Hilton in downtown Chicago.
A two-day pass, good for Saturday-Sunday admission will be available for $70, while a Sunday-only pass will sell for $35. Those passes will be available for purchase on Wednesday at 10 a.m. through the team’s website at whitesox.com.
A majority of the club’s expected 2013 roster will be on hand for SoxFest, including Paul Konerko, Adam Dunn, Alexei Ramirez, John Danks, Chris Sale, Tyler Flowers, Addison Reed, Gavin Floyd, Matt Thornton and Dayan Viciedo.
Also on hand will be Aaron Rowand, Joe Crede and Jermaine Dye, members of the 2005 World Series championship club. Other White Sox greats on hand will be manager Robin Ventura, Jack McDowell and Frank Thomas. Representing the 30th anniversary of the “Winning Ugly” season will be Tony La Russa, Greg Luzinski, Ron Kittle and Tom Paciorek.
