James Anderson talks to Holly Rowe after Oklahoma State beat Oklahoma. (1:07)

Health problems have sidelined a couple of key players north of the Red River.

Oklahoma leading scorer Willie Warren, the former North Crowley star, is out indefinitely with mononucleosis.

Oklahoma State, meanwhile, won't see point guard Ray Penn on the court again this season as he recovers from a stress reaction in his knee.

If Saturday's result is any indication, Warren's loss hurts his team more.
