SEC releases full 2012 schedule

The SEC has released its entire 2012 football schedule.

The season starts on Aug. 30 (Thursday night) with two games -- South Carolina at Vanderbilt and Texas A&M vs. Louisiana Tech in Shreveport, La.

In fact, there will be four straight days of games that opening week. On Friday, Tennessee takes on N.C. State in Atlanta as part of the Chick-fil-A Kickoff weekend. The second half of the Chick-fil-A Kickoff weekend pits Auburn against Clemson on Saturday in Atlanta. There are also eight other games involving SEC teams that day. The headliner is Alabama vs. Michigan in Arlington, Texas.

And on Sunday, Kentucky plays at Louisville.
