TCU's Purke makes ESPN All-America Team

After leading TCU to the College World Series for the first time, left-handed pitcher Matt Purke finds himself on the ESPN Preseason All-American Baseball Team heading into the 2011 season.

From his bio:

Purke's mid-90s fastball and power slider put him in position to become the first pitcher taken from a deep class of college arms that includes Texas' Taylor Jungmann, UCLA's Gerrit Cole and Trevor Bauer, UConn's Matt Barnes, Vanderbilt's Sonny Gray, Virginia's Danny Hultzen and Texas A&M's John Stilson.
