SAN ANTONIO -- Martellus Bennett will make his 2010 training camp debut Friday afternoon.
Bennett, who sprained an ankle in an unsupervised workout recently at Valley Ranch, is ready to come off the nonfootball injury list.
"He'll probably be limited some, but he's moving around well," coach Wade Phillips said.
John Phillips took advantage of the extra reps during Bennett's recovery, displaying vastly improved receiving skills.
Bennett, a training camp sensation last season, caught only 15 passes for 159 yards and no touchdowns last season. But the Cowboys firmly believe they'll tap into his talent. The front office has no regret about turning down the Bengals' pre-trade deadline offer of a premier draft pick for Bennett.
