Another WR down: Donovan Kemp has torn ACL

ARLINGTON, Texas -- The Cowboys' wide receiver corps was thinned even further when it was revealed Donovan Kemp has a torn ACL in his left knee.

Kemp suffered the injury during Monday's practices in San Diego. He underwent an MRI and attended Thursday's practice on crutches.

The Cowboys are already minus tight end Jason Witten (spleen) and wide receivers Miles Austin (hamstring) and Dez Bryant (knee) because of injuries.

There is some good news concerning the position as Andre Holmes (back) and Saalim Hakim (finger) returned to practice Thursday. It isn't known if Holmes and Hakim will play in Saturday's third preseason game against St. Louis.

Holmes, who missed just one day of practice after injuring his back Monday, is a possibility. Hakim missed close to two weeks with a finger injury.

The Cowboys current receiving corps consists of: David Little, Cole Beasley, Tim Benford, Dwayne Harris, Danny Coale, Kevin Ogletree and Raymond Radway.
