Taylor's Takes: Jay Ratliff played his first game of the season, and the Cowboys certainly didn’t give him a light workload. Jason Hatcher was the only defensive lineman with more snaps, although Baltimore had the ball for only 19 minutes and 51 plays. Still, Ratliff’s presence meant Josh Brent-Price played his fewest snaps of the season. ... With Anthony Spencer out for the second consecutive week with a strained chest muscle, Victor Butler and Alex Albright split the workload. Butler tied for the team lead with five tackles and Albright made a tackle for loss on third down. ... A high ankle sprain limited Sean Lissemore to just one play. His energy will be missed. ... Another shoulder injury limited Mike Jenkins to just a handful plays, when the idea was to rotate him every two series with Morris Claiborne.
