Livings might not play in Sunday's game

OXNARD, Calif. -- The right knee problem starting left guard Nate Livings has might keep him out of Sunday's Hall of Fame game, Dallas Cowboys executive vice president Stephen Jones said following Thursday's practice.

Livings suffered a knee injury during the offseason workouts but once the issue cleared up he then suffered a foot injury, delaying his start to training camp. Livings was cleared to practice last week and re-aggravated his knee injury on Monday.

He's missed the past two practices and is scheduled to undergo a MRI.

"It's a bit more than day-to-day," Jones said of Livings. "I don't think he'll play this weekend from a medical standpoint."

Ronald Leary has replaced Livings with the first-team offense.
