The HP Byron Nelson Championship announced today that Jonathan Tyler and The Northern Lights will perform at the Pavilion After Dark series on May 19, which is Saturday night of the championship.
Kelley James will perform on Friday, May 18.
From the tournament's release:
Jonathan Tyler is originally from the Dallas area. JTNL is a local favorite playing events such as the Greenville Ave. St. Patrick's Day Parade and New Years at the Granada Theater. The band's music has been featured on such shows as Boardwalk Empire, Friday Night Lights and throughout the 2010 ESPN College Football season.
Kelley James is no stranger to PGA TOUR events, playing at other stops on the TOUR with his unique freestyling skill. Kelley fuses hip-hop like flows with pop melodies. James' latest album, "The Recent Future" is available on iTunes.
"Jonathan Tyler is a good, old-fashioned rock and roll band that will put on a great show Saturday night," 2012 Tournament Chairman Robert Smith said. "Kelley James will also put on a fabulous show as his engaging style will be fun for the younger crowd coming out to the Championship."
Both concerts are free to anyone with a tournament ticket.
