Dwyane Wade has luck in Dallas

ARLINGTON, Texas -- Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade was named the All-Star Game's MVP after scoring 28 points on 12-of-16 shooting. He also had 11 assists.

Of course, Wade had some luck in the Dallas-Fort Worth area when the Heat beat the Mavericks in the NBA Finals. Many fans, including Mavericks owner Mark Cuban, complained about the number of foul calls Wade received in that series.

"I've had a little luck in Dallas," Wade joked. "Of course, 2006 is very, very memorable. Something that I dreamed of doing for a long time, winning the NBA championship and I was lucky enough and blessed enough to win the MVP award there."
