Without Odom this season, Dallas is 0-7. Make of it what you want, but that's the fact.
"I expect him to play," Mavs coach Rick Carlisle said.
Odom participated in the morning shootaround and seemed in good spirits as he jogged off the court, heading to the locker room with a smile.
Odom played just 13 minutes Friday at Orlando while dealing with the beginning stages of a stomach virus that knocked him down all weekend and kept him out of Monday's ugly loss to the Clippers.
The Mavs desperately need the 6-foot-10 forward to provide a boost on the boards, where Dallas has routinely been getting killed. Odom has averaged 8.6 rebounds over his career but just 4.3 rebounds this season.
The Grizzlies enter Wednesday's game playing their third game in as many nights and looking for a fourth consecutive victory.
