Mavs, ESPN Dallas 103.3 FM reach 5-year deal

The Mavericks and ESPN Dallas 103.3 FM announced a five-year extension of their radio play-by-play agreement.

The deal last through the 2017-18 season. ESPN Dallas 103.3 FM has aired Mavs games since the station’s debut in April 2001.

“There is no better radio network for the Dallas Mavericks than ESPN Dallas,” Mavs owner Mark Cuban said in a statement. “They have been our home for 12 seasons and our fans know where to find the Mavs on the radio. We are thrilled to be with ESPN Dallas for many more seasons to come.”

The new agreement includes a continuation of the Rick Carlisle show and a player show that will air on ESPN Dallas 103.3 FM. Play-by-play man Chuck Cooperstein and color commentator Brad Davis will continue in their roles.
