Chandler Parsons exits with sprained ankle

DALLAS -- Mavericks small forward Chandler Parsons left Friday's game against the Houston Rockets in the fourth quarter due to a sprained left ankle.

Parsons injured the ankle when he was fouled during the third quarter. He stayed in the game at the time but was clearly hobbled.

Parsons limped off the floor early in the fourth quarter and went to the locker room with assistant athletic trainer Dionne Calhoun. The team announced moments later that he was out for the game.

Parsons had 13 points, four rebounds and three assists in 30 minutes against his former team.
