Brek Shea and U.S. U23s run over Cuba

FCD midfielder Brek Shea had an assist and generally created havoc as the U.S. U23s ran roughshod over Cuba to the tune of a 6-0 scoreline in Olympic qualfying. Joe Corona had a hat trick for the U.S.

Shea had an assist on the second goal of the game, combining with Juan Agudelo. Shea later had a cross played into the Cuba net by Arturo Diz Pe. Aguedelo and Shea seem to be forming a real sense of chemistry as the two did some nice work on the night.

Canada and El Salvador tied 0-0 in the first Group A match of the evening. U.S. U23s will continue Group A play against Canada on March 24 at LP Field at 6 p.m. CT.
