DALLAS -- Stars defenseman Sheldon Souray left Friday's game against Nashville with an ankle injury. Souray left the game early in the second period and did not return.
"He's going to be re-evaluated. He 's got an ankle injury, but to what extent we don't know," said Stars coach Glen Gulutzan. "We don't think it's too bad."
Gulutzan said Souray was injured when another player fell on him. The Stars are off the next two days for the NHL's Christmas break, so Souray will be re-evaluated on Monday.
