The 26-year-old has 17 goals and 16 assists in 50 AHL games this season.
“He’s a guy the guys in the American League say has played hard and solid for them down there. He’s got some speed and some toughness in his game and we’re going to give him an opportunity,” Dallas coach Glen Gulutzan said. “It’s our first year with him on a contract and he’s earned the opportunity to come up here and see what he can do.”
