ARLINGTON -- We are on no-hit watch at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington. Toronto's Shaun Marcum hasn't allowed a hit in his first six innings and has faced just one batter more than the minimum. The Blue Jays lead it 3-0 on Opening Day.
Marcum has struck out six Rangers -- five of them on changeups -- through six innings. That off-speed stuff has been tremendous and he's shown very good command.
It's even more impressive when you consider Marcum didn't pitch in the Major Leagues in 2009 because of elbow ligament replacement surgery.
