Remember during spring training when Nolan Ryan said he thinks the Rangers could win 92 games in 2010?
When he made that prediction, he probably didn't think Julio Borbon, Chris Davis and Taylor Teagarden couldn't hit, Rich Harden couldn't throw strikes, Frank Francisco couldn't protect a lead and Ian Kinsler and Jarrod Saltalamacchia couldn't stay healthy.
Or did he? It turns out that through seven games, the Rangers are right where Ryan expected them to be. A 4-3 record comes out to a .571 winning percentage. And a .571 winning percentage for 162 games comes to -- you guessed it -- 92 wins.
