That's the word according to this blog item on housingwatch.com. The home was owned by former Cowboy quarterback Tony Banks and was listed for $3.5 million (and it's near where the Jonas brothers have a home. Candy Evans, who wrote the blog entry, also adds that the house has been on the market for some time inow and the price tag was reduced. Here's more from the entry about the home:
The home sits on a cul de sac and sports high-end finish-out amenities, like most Vaquero spreads: sweeping ceilings, huge formal rooms, multiple living areas, huge master suite with his-and-hers closets, spa waterfall bath and full coffee bar. There's also a fabulous kitchen with top-of-the-line gourmet appliances, an auxiliary/prep kitchen, wine cellar, game room with bar, microwave and drawer dishwasher, full media room, huge pool, and an amazing loggia complete with 42-inch flat-screen and outdoor kitchen. All this on more than an acre of land. Pittsburg has some fabulous homes and great topography, but 2211 Vaquero Estates Blvd. is totally worth the move, even if Greenberg ends up not owning the Rangers.
