Rangers stay in slump, fall 8-3 to Twins

The Twins stormed back against the Rangers in a span of about an inning and 1/3 on Saturday, socking C.J. Wilson and Chris Ray for all of their eight runs in that span in defeating Texas, 8-3.

Orlando Hudson's two-run homer in the sixth tied the score and propeled the Twins, who erupted for six more runs in the seventh. Wilson left the frame having loaded the bases and without recording an out, and Ray's entry opened the floodgates for Minnesota from the first pitch on.

Julio Borbon provided two RBIs for the Rangers, whose other run came courtesy of two Twins errors in the eighth.

The Rangers have lost five of six and are in danger of falling a half game out of first place in the AL West if Oakland beats Detroit tonight.
