Mound matchup: Lewis vs. Doubront

The Rangers and Red Sox face off for the second game of a 4-game series. RHP Colby Lewis takes on LHP Felix Doubront. Here's a quick look at the matchup:

Lewis (8-5, 3.33 ERA): He'll be pitching on extended 8 days rest after earning a win in his last start, a 4-3 victory over Cleveland. Lewis went 6 innings and allowed three runs (two earned) on six hits with two walks and eight strikeouts. Lewis has won four of his last five decisions heading into the All-Star break, going 4-1 with a 2.85 ERA in his last six starts.
