A's strike for 3 off C.J. Wilson in first

PHOENIX -- The A's drilled C.J. Wilson in the first inning of Friday's Cactus League game, posting three runs on a double and three-run homer by Kevin Kouzmanoff.

Every ball the A's hit was hit hard. Suzuki doubled off the wall after David DeJesus lined out to left to start the game. Conor Jackson then smacked a liner to left that was caught. Wilson gave up a four-pitch walk with two outs to bring up Kouzmanoff, who drove it out of the park.

Wilson is slated to pitch three innings this afternoon.

The Rangers went down in order in the top of the first against Dallas Braden.
