Rangers postponed; twin bill Saturday

The Rangers' game Friday in Baltimore has been postponed because of rain and will be made up Saturday as part of a doubleheader beginning at 3:30 p.m. CT.

Right-hander Colby Lewis will start the opener for the Rangers followed by lefty Matt Harrison in the nightcap.

KTXA 21 will televise the first game, and Fox Sports Southwest will carry the second. Both games will be broadcast by 103.3 FM and 1540 AM ESPN Deportes.

This will be the Rangers' first doubleheader of any kind since the club split a regular twin bill with Seattle on Sept. 13, 2009 at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington. The club's last road doubleheader was a sweep of Cleveland on Sept. 8, 2009.
