Could weather impact tonight's game?

ARLINGTON, Texas -- We'll see. As of now, the game is scheduled to start on time and the weather could end up avoiding the ballpark. Click here to see hour-by-hour forecast from weather.com for the ballpark.

John Blake, executive VP of communications, said the club is prepared with evacuation plans if necessary. The Rangers have had one rainout already this season, on May 11 against the A's. Texas led 7-0 in the fourth inning, but the game was postponed and will be made up July 7.

If tonight's game is rained out, it's doubtful the clubs would play a doubleheader Wednesday. The Rangers have their charity Triple Play event that night and the White Sox have to fly to Toronto for a game Thursday.

The clubs would have to try to find a mutual off day later in the season since the White Sox don't return. Again, let's just hope we get this one in.
