Nolan Ryan hospitalized, having tests

Rangers president and CEO Nolan Ryan was hospitalized in Houston and will undergo tests for what's believed to be a recurrence of a previous heart condition, the team said Monday.

The 64-year-old member of the Baseball Hall of Fame experienced discomfort early Sunday morning at his home and will have tests today, according to the club.

The club said in a release he is resting comfortably and is expected to be released in a few days. Read more here from our story on the home page.
