Rangers still lead by one after three innings

ARLINGTON, Texas -- The Rangers have hit the ball hard off Cardinals starter Edwin Jackson, but there's no jet stream tonight and some long fly balls are ending up as outs at the warning track.

Derek Holland continues to throw the ball well. He's allowed just one hit, a one-out Lance Berkman double in the second, and has three strikeouts. Holland has been in control and now faces the Cardinals' order for the second time.

Ian Kinsler got a two-out single in the second, but was picked off by catcher Yadier Molina. Kinsler strayed too far from the bag and Molina whipped a throw over to first and caught Kinsler.
