Craig Gentry leaves due to dehydration

TEMPE, Ariz. -- Rangers outfielder Craig Gentry left Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Angels because of dehydration.

Conor Jackson pinch-hit for Gentry during his second at-bat in the third inning. Jackson entered in the game in right field during the bottom of the inning.

Gentry struck out looking his only at-bat. He didn't field any balls in the outfield while he was in the game.

It's the third time Gentry has left a spring training game early. He exited in the fifth inning against the Chicago White Sox due to tightness in his left hamstring on March 10. Gentry also sprained his left wrist in the third inning against the Cleveland Indians on March 13. He left the game and missed four games due to the injury
