The finale of this three-game series features RHP Yu Darvish, 4-0 on the season, against RHP Ubaldo Jimenez. The game starts at 12:05 pm. CDT on ESPN Dallas 103.3 FM and FSSW. A look at the matchup:

Darvish (4-0, 2.18 ERA): The 25-year-old continues to impress, especially in his last two outings. Darvish has allowed one earned run in his last two starts -- against the New York Yankees and Toronto Blue Jays -- on a solo home run to Edwin Encarnacion of the Blue Jays. That's one run in 15 1/3 innings with 19 strikeouts and four walks. ... Darvish gave up five runs in his first two innings in the majors (four in the first, one in the second vs. Seattle on April 9), but since then has given up three earned runs in 31 innings. ... He's earned a win in his last three starts. ... He was named AL rookie of the month for April and hopes to become just the third Texas rookie starter to begin his career with a five-game win streak in a single season (Aaron Sele, 5-0 in 1998; Alexi Ogando, 7-0 in 2011).

Jimenez (2-2, 5.02 ERA): In his last start, the 28-year-old gave up seven runs (four earned) on eight hits in 4 2/3 innings against the Chicago White Sox. He walked four batters in that outing and gave up two home runs. ... He's lost two straight decisions (to Kansas City and Chicago) after winning two straight (at Oakland, at Kansas City). ... In one start against the Rangers in 2011, Jimenez surrendered five runs on seven hits in five innings. That start came in Arlington.

Hitters: Darvish has never pitched agianst the Indians. ... Only three Rangers have faced Jimenez more than five times -- Adrian Beltre (1-for-6, 2 RBIs), Yorvit Torrealba (3-for-8) and Alberto Gonzalez (4-for-10, 3 RBIs).
