Stars beat Edmonton in wild finish

The Dallas Stars finally won a road game in regulation, beating Edmonton 4-3. It was the first for the Stars since Nov. 18 in Detroit. That's two months ago. And it ended a 10-game winless streak on the road.

The Stars didn't make it easy on themselves, blowing a two-goal lead and surrendering the tying goal with 1:02 left after Edmonton had pulled the goaltender. But the Stars got the lead back when James Neal stole the puck at the blue line (as Razor said, not sure why Edmonton was trying to bring the puck up the center of the ice in the defensive zone like that) and then got the puck back to score the winning goal with 22.2 seconds left.

Dallas needed that after losing in Vancouver. It doesn't matter that it's Edmonton, which has struggled. A road win is big for this club, no matter who it beats. The Stars now have won three of their last four. And Marty Turco got the win. Maybe they can carry that momentum into Colorado.
