The Lions, lying in wait for the new year ...
The troubled tale of former Detroit Lions receiver Titus Young continued on Tuesday, as the lawyer for the former second-round pick told a California court that Young is once again hospitalized, according to USA Today.
This once again delayed Young's criminal pre-trial hearing, this time until June 5.
"He's receiving treatment and is in a safe place," Young's attorney, Brian Hurwitz, told the paper.
Young's trial is for 11 charges after he was arrested multiple times in 2013.
And now, a look at other Lions news from around the Interwebs:

Josh Katzenstein of the Detroit News writes about Jeff Janis, a small-school wide receiver trying to make the NFL.
