Is Clayton Kershaw still the No. 1 pitcher for 2018 drafts?

There’s a clear top tier of starting pitchers and the four of them are currently among the top six on the full season Player Rater. Cleveland Indians right-hander Corey Kluber has risen to the top of the list with his amazing second half; he’s 10-1 with a 1.92 ERA since the All-Star break. Kluber has closed the gap on Boston Red Sox lefty Chris Sale in innings and performance and likely takes the AL Cy Young award. In the NL, Los Angeles Dodgers lefty Clayton Kershaw is still awesome, but Washington Nationals right-hander Max Scherzer won his 17th game Tuesday, inches past him on the Rater and probably wins the NL Cy Young for the second consecutive year.
