Closer report: Knebel thrives, top-10 for 2018

There remains some doubt about whether it will be Los Angeles Dodgers right-hander Kenley Jansen or Boston Red Sox right-hander Craig Kimbrel who will finish the season as the top relief pitcher on the ESPN Fantasy Player Rater, but there’s little doubt which closer has been the best bargain and fantasy MVP. It has to be Milwaukee Brewers right-hander Corey Knebel. Unlike Jansen and Kimbrel, who both went in the sixth round of ESPN average live drafts, Knebel went unselected. His first save came in mid-May -- and the numbers kept coming.
