'We Need To Talk' Debuts With Powerful, Must-See Roundtable

CBS Sports Network debuted its new show “We Need To Talk,” an hour-long weekly roundtable featuring notable female athletes and media personalities, on Tuesday night. The women discussed a variety of topics ranging from the Raiders coaching staff to Brady Hoke to Carmelo Anthony. However, the 11-woman panel really excelled on the topic of domestic violence.

Swin Cash, Lisa Leslie and Dara Torres shared their personal experiences, explaining how they all privately dealt with domestic abuse and offered unique insight into Janay Rice’s current plight. It’s brave, courageous and you really need to watch it right now.

Here’s to hoping this conversation continues, on and off camera, until real progress is made in both the NFL and society at large.
